Exclamation Commercial Auto Insurance

So, lots of talk about liability insurance, but who do you use for commercial vehicle insurance? I just bought a truck and my current provider (Geico) doesn't do commercial. I'd like to have everything under one company but if I need to keep my personal vehicle with Geico and commercial with someone else I will. Thanks!

Edit: We're talking Isuzu NPR here, not a semi, if that makes a difference...

Really, no responses yet? I'm not usually an advocate of bumping threads in a non marketplace forum, but I need insurance TODAY! Thanks.

Well, I'm on the phone with Progressive now. It looks like I'll be going with them for now at least. I'd like to keep shopping though if I can find a better rate ($800 a year) so send me your suggestions at your leisure. Thanks again.

I've been doing progressive for years. Good rates, but the number one thing is that I have a great agent!

Call my agent here in Nashville... Wade Punch at Wade&Egbert. He's done my professional package for over 20 years. Great agent, solid products. I insure a 24' GMC, a Ford F350 and trailer, a Ford E150 and my BMW with him. It's expensive, but competitively priced. He also handles professional liability and an all-risk "floater" on the AV, video and photo gear I travel. Google "Wade&Egbert" for the office number, and ask for Wade. He knows freelancers and our somewhat different needs set.

BTW, I pay more each year to register the GMC (25,500 GVW tag) than I pay to insure it.

YMMV, but 20+years of excellent service is something to think about.

I went with Progressive. They were the first quote I got so I'll probably keep shopping around as soon as I have a chance to deal with it. I'll check out Wade & Egbert as HBPhoto suggested, especially since they're local to Nashville and can handle more than just auto insurance it seems.
