Talking Radial Workhorse

This maybe what I need to get to my goal of HD24 redundant recorder. Especially since I already have 5 500 series pres. Anybody used this yet.

Yup, Radial always comes up with great stuff.

Here's my fave: Radial SW8 eight-channel rackmount auto-switcher .

It's great for my brothers live computer rig. It has transformer isolation for FOH and attenuation to mic level. Plus, it's got automatic fail-over to a backup system. Of course, the backup deck sits in a closet because my brother doesn't want to carry it around. BUT, the functionality is there. Very cool. I was working on building such a device and then Radial released this product. The crazy thing is that it would have cost me just as much to build such a device (plus tons of time and effort).

The Radial stuff is top-notch.

Sorry for the hijack.
