Talking Help I need new small mixer for my live set-up

Hello!

I'm having hard time finding a suitable mixer for my band, we are a 2-piece synth band with lots of hardware (in today's laptop-standards :P )

I'd need a solution that can deliver us a selfcontained set-up, we will be playing at proper venues and at smaller places with no house gear execpt the PA.

what we have:

1 microphone line
3-4 keyboards (all mono)
1 stereo sampler
Roland MV8000 as centerpiece, 6-8 outs (1 stereo for live stuff and rest for backing stuff)

So I'd need 14 inputs, can go to 12 if neede I guess,
internal dynamics (for vocals) and effects would be cool
at least 2 aux sends for monitoring, eq in the aux out would be great
master EQ

Basically I'm specs'ing out a OV196 here but that darn thing is too big and heavy :(

Any suggestions?
Would a small analogue mixer + couple rack units of dynamics and effects would be a good solution?

Sorry about the sillyness, I just got totally lost while trying to figure out which solution would be best.

thanks,
-Tomi

uh... I'm looking at Roland VM3100Pro at the moment, looks scary but might just cut it....

Google "allen-heath"...... They make large "Front of house consoles" but they also make a-lot of smaller products such as Dj mixers.

An allen & heath mixwizard would be a solid choice for what you need.
