Question Question about splitting signals

I'm in the process of building (or rebuilding) my mobile recording rig and I'd like to add the capability of running either a mic split or a split from my preamp outputs to a soundboard. I'd like to stay away from splitting my digital outs. Latency bothers me way too much. I've googled quite a bit on splitting to the front-of-house board but there really doesn't seem to be much concensus. Was just wondering if someone could offer some insight with their experiences.

It's true; Steve beat me to it, but...

YES, click on the search TAG entitled 'splitter' and you will find a boat load of threads on the subject.

If that doesn't help or you need to ask a different question, let us know here...
Or just reply to any of the splitter threads you found instead.

There's plenty of information to review in this forum.
Take advantage of the TAGs; they don't bite if you approach them slowly.
They are indeed your friends if you're nice to them.
