Question Crown CH2, Cl1? Quick question

Real quick simple question. I know speakon is a really good way to connect speaks to amps. I was wondering if amps like Crowns CH2 or Cl1 Which i think they would consider they;re contractor series or something like that that have ring terminal post as they're outputs would be ok to use in a PA setting? Is it fine to hook up speakers using the proper speaker cable of course to therse terminal post. And of couse the amps operate 4/8 ohm.

Thanks

No takers? Is it common in older/some amps to have terminal post as the amps output? Vs. XLR or speakon. And is it alright to connect this way?
