Question Mic options for solo Jazz/Pop piano recording....

Hi guys,
I'm in the process of recording my first serious (as I'm not only the pianist but also the composer this time) piano solo cd...
Jazz/Pop/Film-scoring style compositions......
I've tested many mics and high-end equipment but I'd like to pay attention to your experience and professionality (I'm more a pianist than engineer, though in the past years I grew up a bit also as recordist)...
Piano will be a Steinway D274 in a beatiful hall...
I got Schoeps MK4 (x2), MK21 (x2), MK2S (x2): I've been offered a great deal on Sound Devices 302, how does this unit compete with Grace Design Lunatec or Dav or Millennia?
If I buy the SD 302, would it make sense to have a main cardioid pair (mk4) and a omni spot? Or should I use a main omni (mk2s) pair with a cardioid spot?
I like very much Stefano Bollani sound on the ECM "Piano Solo" recording...
Warm, detailed and very 3d...

P.S.: I'll use Apogee Rosetta 800 converter.

Thank you

Did you identify the mic on the pics in the CD booklet?

Then it would be a setting only for the photo because at least another mic would be missing. I was thinking that it was a stereo microphone.
