Have a friend with a hd24, trying to transfer the files hes reordered with a fireport to a windows machine running at 64bit. and he can't seem to get it to work. does anyone know if its compatible with 64bit or does his problem lie elsewhere. I run mine on mac so I can't seem to help him thanks in advance Trav |

What's happening to "not work?" Is he getting some sort of error or is it not reading the drive or what?
