Hi guys and girls I'm looking for a solution: I would like to be able to play live with a backingtrack. Problem is these backingtracks only start after a few minutes. So I'm forced to use in ear monitoring to play along with a clicktrack indicating the time before the backintrack kicks in. So I'm looking for in inexpensive wireless in ear system (for just one musician, myself). It's just to monitor the backingtrack and the clicktrack. (the rest of the band would then folow my lead) It will not have to replace the floormonitoring. I also would like to use a single ear in-ear headphones. So I can still hear the floormonitor. Does anyone have some product-knowledge on this? Tips? Links? Thanks! Giorgo |

I trust you're the drummer... I say this because usually the drummer is the person with the click track (playback) in their ear. It's pretty much standard practice when performing to a backing tracks. If you are indeed the drummer, do you really need a wireless solution. IMO, a wired IEM system would be less expensive and a more solid choice.

Hi Well, I'm not the drummer. I'm the main-guitarplayer and I also do second voice. The songs with backtracks are guitar-based, so my lead on them would work fine. Indeed, If I was a drummer, I could hide the cables and so on...but that's not the case. Yesterday I found this Seems affordable and good enough for my needs. What do you guys think? It gets good reviews. Thanks G |
