I'm about to work on a low low low budget film where we pulled some strings and got a hold of a RED...unfortunately we can't run a double system, I just can't afford to get a serious external recorder like the 744t and I am nervous about the internal audio for the RED. Has anyone heard of converting a laptop into TC syncable field recorder...if so, what software, what equipment for reading or generating the timecode, and what considerations with working on the RED? Cheers! |
