Genex GX9000 & GX9048 - anybody else interested?

Am I the only guy who can't wait to get his hands on a machine that can record 8ch of DSD or 8ch of Hi-Res PCM and has an onboard 8x2 mixer? The 48ch (!!!) 9048 also seems amazing but is way beyond my budget limitations. But the 8ch GX9000 lists for only $3200 (plus your choice of 1 of 3 converter options) That's down in DA78 territory for a helluva lot more recorder. But I can't seem to find much interest in any forums or other recording related websites. Given Genex's reputation for quality and performance, an inexpensive recorder that can record both DSD and Hi-Res PCM would seem to be a big hit even before it hits the streets. Any idea why the interest level is so low?

Steve,

We have a 48 track system on order.

If this system does what it claims to do it should be huge.

We are also the dealer for this product.

I'll post something when we get it and run it through its paces.
