I need help!!!!

hi guys im new and could really use a hand from some of you pro's.

I have a studio plan assignment for a large jazz band with the following instruments

Jazz Band instrument List

Drums - Gretsch drum kit consisting of: 18” kick drum, snare, hi-hat, two racktoms and a floor tom, ride, crash and splash cymbals
Upright acoustic bass
A Gibson ES-175 Guitar with a Fender jazz King amplifier
Synthesiser Piano keyboard (stereo Line outputs
Tenor Saxophone
Clarinet
Trumpet
Female vocals (deep, warm voice)

ive got some ideas of my own but i would appreciate it so much if you could give me some tips on where to put things based on the acoustic properties and shape of the room.
