Unhappy enormous problems with electricity in my house

dear friends, i did't know where to post this thread, probably is out of topic, but in REMOTE i know a lot of friends so i m writing here. i'm very worry for this problem that now i will tell you.
my house is very problematic to work with audio. It is an house builted around 1980 and it is near a blacksmith.

these are some of the all problems:

for example, in my home, when a person turn on the phone i listen a noise in my audio monitors ( as fry) and when i put in on the electric fire, my audiocard connected in firewire with the computer go down, it looses the signal. For you what is the motivation of all these problems that let me crying a lot? how can i solve it? because it is impossible to work

THANKS A LOT

Alessandro.

You might want to hire an electrician to see if the building is properly grounded, but is it possible that the current is too low for having several things on at the same time? An electrician can figure it out.

It sounds like you have a few different problems.

First of all I would do some tests to see if you have any ground potential issues.
An electrician that specializes in recording studios would be your best bet with regard to figuring this all out.

Is there a good ground connection for all your equipment?
If not, consider driving a long rod (at least 3 meters) into the Earth and attach a thick copper (at least # 2 AWG) cable to it which will run to all your equipment's chassis ground. If that is not practical attach that same cable to a cold water pipe instead of the rod. Using isolated ground outlets work best, but there are other ways to address this.

I don't understand what an electric fire is, so I don't know how to respond.
Can you explain this further for me?

Alessandro, don't panic!

You should call an electrician and pay him if he resolves your problems.

You were buying an UPS??

Is it an old house? Never mind just re-read your post, 1980's...
If so the wiring size might be to small for todays needs.
This is a common problem, but as stated above get an electrician to check it out...
If the voltage is saging its not the ground...
Could be a loose connection, under sized wire, too many people on the same SE drop, too far a run from the transformer ect...
If the guy is using an arc welder those create ALL kinds of problems...
Have seen ALL of the above...

thanks a lot friends for your interesting answers.
i will call a good electrician.
i hope he will solve the problems.
i will let you know.
as you can understand my dream would be a PUREPOWER ups, the best in the world probably, but it is 3000 euros (impossible for me), and if i can solve the problem with a cheap electrician it would be better.
Alessandro.

You heard the man... I'm sure he can book a cheap electrician using the same service that provides cheap lawyers.

Or maybe a cheap electrician was the problem to begin with.
