Question Mid/Side stand?

Does anyone make a stand/bracket for holding a pair of mics in a mid/side configuration? Particularly, a SDC (Beyer MC930) and an LDC (AKG 414 in a shock mount).

Right now, I'm futzing with two stands with booms. Not a huge deal, but a stand/bracket would make setup quicker and more repeatable.

Thanks!

Maybe there is a simple solution that I'm missing?

How about something like this? Buy On-Stage Stands MY550 Mic Extension Attachment Bar | Mic Clips & Clamps | Musician's Friend

You could put your LDC on the clamp just below your SDC.

One of those adjustable stereo bars could work, depending on the mics you're using.

I have used one like that

MICROPHONE BAR: K&M - König & Meyer GmbH & Co.KG

with two Shure KSM44. It wasn't as good as it gets, but it got the job done

For LDC's. there's instructions on making one on GS somewhere using a Shure stereo bar (it'll do what you want for most SDC's) and a couple threaded couplers and about a foot of threaded bar. It's pretty cool.

Throwing a boom on one end of a stereo bar (with a mic on the other end of the stereo bar) is a pretty useful trick I picked up on here. Could be of some use to you.
