Question Remote recording vocals in a hotel room

I'm going to be attempting to record vocals in a hotel room soon. I need a really goood mic pre, compressor & A-D. My requirement is that it's portable. I have a Focusrite Producer Pack, but this will be too large and heavy to travel with. I'm looking at the Apogee Mini-Me at the moment which is sort of OK, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas. Thanks.
