Hey guys I want to stop carrying around my Korg triton ProX and sometimes my dual G5 tower with my 002 and protools rig for playing live music. I play keyboards/synth/organ for a couple of churches and want to start doing more live work but want to incorporate a macbook Pro into my setup in the next couple of months. Does anybody have a similar setup? I've heard ableton live is awesome for this. I've had trouble trying to use multiple synths in protools live with a controller. Itl only send midi to one sound module. So using Atmosphere, Ivory, and Velvet etc. All together layered is out of the question? I just need to know the simplest solution in moving to the macbook pro with my rig and maybe a keyboard controller with slider and pads to get moving again. |
