Question micing live drums?

ok, so i will eventually be playing live with my band. for recording (for now, no money) i will be using an audix i5 on snare, an audix f15 as an overhead, and the d112 on kick. so live i guess im going to be using 3 sm57's on the toms, the i5 and the d112. so what kind of amps do i need for the mics? links would be nice, and does this setup sound alright for low budget live? (we play metal) also how many amps? i dont need one for each mic do i? i dont have that kind of money >.>

typically in situations where the drums need to be miced, your drum mics would go through the same sound system that the vocals are going through. Your drums ought to be loud enough on stage, it's the audience that likely needs to hear them louder.

the sound system is usually a shared responsibility

the band might chip in and buy one
you might hire a sound guy with equipment for each gig and pay him off the top
you might play in clubs that have a house sound system already in place
