Talking Røde deluxe windshield and pistol grip.

Hi all

Anyone ever used the Røde deluxe windshield RØDE Microphones , in moderate windy conditions?
Im looking for something other, then 2 fully blown Rycote sets, for 2 omni pencil mics, for field ambience recordings.
Im concerned that the windshield wont be enough.

Thanks alot

Mikkel

The Rycote S-series is much cheaper than a full basket windshield kit (close to the Røde in price), almost as good as the full Rycote basket and has the patented "Lyre" suspension, which is the best there is.
