Thread Starter | As I said last year, I realize this is an American holiday, but I still feel it's intent is appropriate across the audio (and the real) world. Especially in light of "todays world". Not just to those of you I know - Steve, Jules, Jim vB, Plush, Rich, Ben, Mike H, Daniel, David and David, T. Ray, John, Mosrite - but to everyone, in the spirit of the season and in the spirit of sharing, which we do so well here, a very Happy Thanksgiving and a Happy Holidays. Blessings~~~~Mark S.

| I know it is a good day down in the Monterey area today. I hope some of those luscious coastal artichokes figure in the celebrations. I sure do miss those fresh picked, softball sized thistles. A good day to all, good eats if you are here in the US&A, and just a good day to you all elsewhere.

| Lives for gear | Thank you for your nice message, Mark. I too wish for blessings on my friends here and continued growth, renewed passion for our craft and continued enthusiasm! May our families continue to nurture us and understand us as we maintain our reverence for recorded sound. Don't listen to the what the news and the other media say. Things in America will always get better. That's the way we do it! Cordially, Hudson Fair (a.k.a. "Plush" on GS) |

| To my good buddy Mark and all the Remotesters here-- thanks for the generousity of advice, support, and positive vibe that makes the Remote Forum the best place on Gearslutz, or any gathering place I've ever seen. I'm very thankful for you, my brothers. Happy Thanksgiving! I'm in the throes of CBS's Tree lighting... back to paperwork for my Tuesday broadcast. ![]() JvB |

How did the Holiday in Bryant Park broadcast work out? I set my DVR to record it, but did not get a chance to see it yet? Did you use those M80 mics? | |
