Question Pelican case for cans (headphones)

hi all,
i've done some research on this, but haven't come up with much. i am "Pelican-ing up" my remote rig to make it more portable and road worthy. i want a case for my beloved and discontinued cans of choice: Sennheiser HD-580.

any ideas which case is the best fit - Pelican 1200, 1300, 1400? what do you use to safely transport your headphones?
cheers
-charlie

seeking: high end monitors - Focal, Lipinski, Genelec 8xxx, etc. - at a lower-end end price
selling: (nothing for the moment)
dislikes: sellers who post in the classifieds, bumping their ad without responding to questions, comments and PMs
likes: quiet, great sounding spaces, good instruments and talent; gear and lots of it!

This is an old thread, but I just wanted to say.... I bought this case at the beginning of the year b/c of this recommendation. I'm glad I did! It's perfect for my HD650s. Perfect protection, much better than a bag, and it's just the right size.
