Question Rack trolley

Trying to find a trolley for rack cases (only 12u total in 3 cases), stand bags, mic and cable boxes. One-man operation and stairs to contend with regularly (hence no big trunks)

Anybody know if this "super-trolley" is any good:

Fold up Super Trolley

or anything else anyone is using?

Please help save on my osteopath bills

Thanks all.

The wheels look awfully small but if it's being sold by a flightcase manufacturer I guess it must work.

I use the clipper trolley from Canford Audio & have never had cause for complaint.

Yeah, my thinking too about the wheels. I was thinking of a proper steel one like delivery guys use, but then saw the "super-trolley".... wondering if it's a bit gimmicky or if it is tough enough....

Just looked up the Clipper, much better

Any others?

Cheers.

I'd be really interested in making sure that it's got a deep enough bucket. If it's too small, your rack is unstable and can make for a very expensive rack-related jigsaw puzzle. Also, I've never had a rack that only weighed 50kg I don't think - certainly if it weighed less than that it could be carried easily enough by 2 people. Is 50kg the max you'd ever take?

I don't mind making 3 or 4 trips to the car/van, so 50kg should be ok.

I can't always presume on help, hence the trolley to save my back.
Cheers.

Don't say such things - I once put my back out getting in and out of a recording session at St. John's, Smith Square in London - The Osteopath bills wre a lot more than I earned in doing the job.

About the trolley - the wheels look a bit small to me for hauling up stairs.

I use one of THESE from Canford Audio.

I think I'll be a new customer for Canford- looks just the job.

I'm a bass trombonist, so already high risk for back problems...

Played & seen quite a few concerts in St John's - decent hall.

I like the fact that osteos blame it on stuff that's built up over months, so you can write the expense off over multiple gigs

if your using wooden racks why dont you just put some heavy duty casters on them and stack other things on top if they are stable.

Thanks, but I use separate Gator shock rack cases so I've got 8, 16 or 24 channels ready to go. Also cable and mic boxes (not trunks) that will stack on top. So the Canford looks poifect.

Cheers.
