Question MR-1000 Headphone Amp

I am wondering if anyone else has had problems with the Headphone amp in the MR-1000.

Mine developed a high noise level in one channel and this was repaired - now it has started again.

I trust you have brought it back to the person that originally fixed it in the first place.

If so, what did they say?
