Question Building a portable rig.

Ok. So I have almost made up my mind and will go for an RME Fireface 800 and a Dangerous D-Box but I want to add eight extra preamps and they have to have more of a sound to them rather than the FF800. How about the Presonus Digimax FS? Anyone have any experience with them? THNX/Kim
