Has anyone found a good sounding church or school that is willing to let a band and engineer come in for a weekend day and record... and not charge an arm and a leg? Thanks, bb |

Sure, there are plenty of great sounding churches and schools in Brooklyn. "An arm and a leg" is all relative... What's your budget? Have you tried calling anywhere yet?

I've been in phone correspondence with someone from the dept of education but I'm not sure where that is going. I've also visited 2 churches and their rental rates are along the lines of using a studio... so... It would be nice to find a place, ANY place pretty much for cheap. meaning like $50 / day, on a weekend. is that crazy? bb | |
