Talking McCauley loudspeakers

Im not new to live sound but have been out of it since the 90s, i would like to know who is using McCauley loudspeakers ? I just got a couple 10 inch ones today and they are the most detail speakers i have ever heard to date. I would like to learn more about them since there website is down :(

Years ago the guys at McCauley custom built me a bass cab that featured 2x10" drivers and was designed to be uber-flat and highly detailed. It sounded great and would have been stratospherically priced had it made it to market. The thing was a beauty in the studio but weighed a freakin' ton, which made it completely useless as part of a portable bass rig. For what its worth, I really knew nothing of the company before they approached me but I'll say the box sounded EXCELLENT! After several years, I eventually sent it back to them. I guess the world wasn't ready for a 165 lb. 210 bass cabinet retailing for close to $3k!

Guess i got a great deal, 200.00 for 2-10 inch speakers, they sound amazing....heavy M/Fs, again the detail blew me away, day and night difference between McCauley and high end JBL.
