UPS just got these to me. I'm impressed! They look more durable in person than this photo make them out to be. Now I need to find a good spool to wind it up onto! I can't wait to run a snake under a closed door! woohoo!

That's actually a great idea... a snake under a door.

like if you're in a remote recording situation where your options are limited and you want to separate yourself from the sound by getting behind a door in an adjacent room.

Cool... A remote recordist's dream cable. I wonder how well it stands up to the abuse of field work.

That was my concern. Like I said, it's more durable than I thoght it might be. I'm sure a road case will put a good pinck in it but it seems as good as anything. Maybe a little harder to wind up. I put the two 75' I just got onto an old canare spool I had in the basement. I'll get something better another time. So far (without using them) I'm impressed!
