Talking Nasty sound in small club. Nobody has any good solution.

Overhere in a small bar/club (about 15x10M dancefloor and a podium of 4x10M)
The sound will always be awfull cuz the kids (when doing shows) will turn up the volume to horrible extent. Then some rapper or beatboxer starts doing his thing and he immediately complains his mic isnt loud enough, or lacks bass or whatever.
My conclusion is that they are deaf, they all want to hear bass in the music on the dancefloor so they turn up the volume to 100+ deciBels, the bass from the speakers will overwhelm the mids so a beatboxer will have trouble getting satisfactory results, and rappers cannot hear themselves above the sound in the club. Its crazy. And they just leep turning up the volume thinking that its the only solution.
Are there any practicle solutions to this?

I tried suggesting cutting the bass (highpass 70Hz) in the club this way the mids become more clear, so they can turn down the mids incl. the highs. And without too much sub bass beatboxers and rappers will be able to hear themselves better. I tell ya its crazy, the stage monitors pack a nasty mean mid-punch already (DAP stage monitors) and still during live-shows, the artists complain heavily (some of em actually)
I only complain about the bad sound and I always use earplugs I dont want my ears getting damaged over some stupid ass talentless music thats not even my taste anyway. Im justthere forteh dun of it and they need help setting up parties so young people can have a blast.
Nobody else seems realy bothered by the earcrushing levels and bad nasty sound, they just agree that the sound is horrible and something needs to be done about it. Thats it.

Any solutions?

What's your position at this club (FOH, bartender, patron, etc)? Do you have any purchasing power and will what you say to the powers that be matter? What is the PA like? Any sidefills on stage? This type of situation is often a lost cause in small bars with talentless hiphop artists. Good luck.
