Greetings,

I created this thread as a result of the below thread :

Question for live sound folks

My intention here is to create a consise working order and a list of tips and tricks on how to use SMAART Live Effectively to analyze, and otherwise optimize a sound system in any given room.

Please take the time to submit any industry standard approaches in full detail, or if you know of any links to resources please do share.

The Smaart Website (now moved to the EAW site) has great detail on using their product...

EAW: Software - Smaart Support

There's info in the manual, on FFT theory in general, tutorials, case studies...all kinds of info.

There are many ways to use Smaart, but if you can grasp how the tool works, you can think up your own procedure...
