View New Posts function - has been updated! Please read.

Many users like to use the New Posts view function to catch up on updated threads all over the forum.

This was working fairly well but had some built in issues (to do with cookie time out times) that caused it not to really display 100% all New Posts since your last visit as advertised...

That's just been updated.

So, the get the most out of it...

... Make a fresh start and please go to the Quick Links drop down menu and click on 'Mark All Forums Read'.

From that moment on, clicking on New Posts will work far better than it has before..

(if you haven't tried using New Posts to check the forum activity - give it a try! First follow the instructions above (go to the Quick Links drop down menu and click on 'Mark All Forums Read') , then on your return to the site (the next day perhaps) simply hit the New Posts link (its in the top nav bar) to catch up on all activity since your last visit.

Speed reading the New Post list to see what interests you, is a great way to scan the forum and not miss out on anything that might be of interest.
