Hi guys, What is the smallest USB midi interface with SMPTE in and out? I'm looking for a small unit that can be velcro'ed to my rig. Thanks in advance. |

Hello, I've had solid luck with the Motu Micro Express - 1/2 rack unit, very solid. It's not my primary unit, that's a TimeBase, but as a second smpte device for a laptop works well. H |

Must admit, there aren't a lot of SMPTE-MTC boxes any more. JL Cooper used to do one which might pop up secondhand now and then. I was in the same boat... ended up getting a MOTU Midi Express XT - the 19" version of the Micro. Mac software control panel is a bit dated, but otherwise it works. |
