It won't be a RADAR killer unless the price is in the same ballpark as the RADAR. Er, how much is it?

Yeah - its probably aimed more at the R-1 really.
I have no idea how much they are - I just emailed them to try find out though.
I'm sure they're as affordable as Genex products have been in the past!

Whatever the price, I want two of them with the 48-channel meter bridge, optical MADI and analog / DSD / AES3id interface cards!

Looks interesting, especially in a small package like that.

Euphonix just came out with version 4.0 for the R-1. It adds extensive editing features (a la PT) and has saved my butt on the current project more than once.

I hope all the DSD stuff doesn't really hit the market before I retire tut

dont worry, if the world goes DSD, you will have a kick ass " Vintage " studio, when people can go to make records " the way they used to"

Thanx for the info Paul.

If I read all that right, it doesn't really look that bad. Is there a website I could go to?

Wow! Competes pricewise with RADAR and PT (which almost doesn't fit the category). Wonder how it sounds?

I wish all I needed was an exceptional sounding digital multi-track. Someday, I'll pile up enough client base so I can do this the way I really want to do it. Someday....
