Question mics for recording vocals, acoustic and electric guitar - live and studio.

hello

i need some mics to use for following applications in studio and live:

3 or 4 x vocal
single acoustic guitar
single electric guitar amp

i don't want to go more expensive than at 4040 i believe...

so... any ideas?

cheers

I know this is weird I used a C 451 B on fret 12, lawson fet over the shoulder and a coles a few feet away, I've done this entire record like that. it sounds amazing. Usually I hate the MORE MICS ideology but it just evolved like that
