Question TC Electronic StudioKonnekt 48

Has anyone used this yet, any impressions? Mainly interested in ergonomics and software quality and ease of use, rather than sonics. Thinking of it as the engine in a multichannel location kit with a laptop, for small scale classical recording.

This looks very inviting.

I haven't played with it.

Hello Steve

Hey Guys,

There is a thread on this piece that I've been following in the "New Product Alert" section. I've been following it mostly 'cause this product is realted to the Digital Konnect 32 that I've been interested in but can not find much information on. Seems like they're having issues with the drivers. Which pretty much is a deal breaker for me.

Do you have a link for that thread?

Thanks!

Thumbs up Also...

I not totally sure there are drivers issues, I should make that clear. There has been someone from TC posting on this thread. When we know for sure the drivers are cool, this product line looks very interesting!

Thanks!
The link was not working so, I fixed it for you.
You led us to a very cool thread about the product.

Yeah, what about those drivers and stuff?

It looks like it could be a really nice mobile recording piece.

Whoops

Cool Steve,
Sorry about the link. I definetly need to brush up on my forum skills. Very cool forum by the way, thanks for all the work you do for it and for setting a proffessional yet fun tone around here. I'll introduce my self soon on the Role Call (just noticed that).
Right now I've got to continue "fixing in the mix" a jazz ensemble that I didn't mic up to well last month...

Thanks again for a very cool forum.

No worries, I still learn something new (about this forum) each and everyday I'm on it.

Thanks! This forum is very cool and I appreciate the kind words, but I'm only as good as the GS members I keep on this forum... Meaning we are only as good as the members we keep.

Setting a professional yet fun vibe is what I'm all about, but I could not have pulled if off if there weren’t folks like you that needed a place to go and get this type of environment.

I look forward to your "Role Call" post.

Thanks again for noticing the difference.
