Tough one, it seems. A search only got the two mentioned here, and they are more film-oriented: Audio Post / Recording Studios in Morocco: film TV television broadcast video production services, mandy.com U2/Lanois were in Morocco, and according to the stories, they pretty much "brought their own stuff".
