Digidesign & live mixing?

From an interview with Dave LeBolt of Digidesign at the recent NAB show.

"Are you able to reveal what's ahead for your hardware plans?"

"I can't give you anything direct here at NAB, but I think I snuck a mention to you the last time we talked that we want to get into other markets, such as live sound, so I think that might be the next thing to talk about, a couple of months from now. Maybe even one month from now."

there are a few " vegas style" ( in a constant venue) live acts that are doing this now. Not sure of specific names, but I have spoken to the installers, and the clients are super happy. And that was a Mix rig.
