As you may already know, we're having another awesome Gearslutz dinner party this coming Saturday, the 6th of October 2007 at 7:00PM.
The dinner shall be at: ASPEN | 30 West 22nd Street, New York 10010
The telephone number there is: 212.645.5040
The cusine is modern American with a western twist
Remember to RSVP at the main GS party thread or email jules AT gearslutz.com.
It's not manitory, but it would be appreciated if you did.
I thought it would be cool to start a list of "Remote Possibilities" folks that are coming to the dinner.
Let's start a list here in this thread.
Remember, lurkers are more than welcomed and you don't have to be a big thread poster to attend, but let us know who you are anyway.
I look forward to seeing you folks at one of the hippest new locations in NYC!

Cool Bret, I added you name to this list.
Is there anyone else from the remote side of this industry coming to the dinner?

Kinda heartbreaking, I present a session at AES on Saturday morning, but have to watch my kids Saturday evening while my beloved spouse works Saturday night.
Whatcha gonna do... sigh

JvB | Damn, I was looking forward to the hang, but family comes first!
I'm sure I will eat and drink enough for both of us. Quote:

More power to you folks -- keep up the forward thinking! | You know Steve, I was thinking, even though there is often times so much vigorous disagreement of "which is better" or "what is good", and we will probably never EVER decide a final verdict on the TLM103, it puts the reader in a unique position.
FORCED TO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF.
Its way to easy to ask a single person his opinion on something, and then take his reply as gold without having any reason to do so other than trusting his expertise. And knowing audio and its relationship with humans, there IS NO definitive answer.
So I heartily agree with you, and almost take it further to where I almost enjoy the mass chaos that makes up gearslutz.
Here is to getting your hands dirty, and knees deep in truly slutting out gear/technique and learning more every day.
