Question Broadcast Console

I work at a facility who happens to have an old Yamaha O2R that we are using as a broadcast mixer. Unfortunatly we are outgrowing the board and we need to replace it relativly soon.
I am looking for new or used options. Let say under $30,000. If anyone could point me twords a low to mid priced console that could accomodate a medium sized broadcast facilities need.

I don't know the prices of all these desks, but for broadcasting, the yamaha dm2000 is pretty popular, and a nice desk.
the 02r/96 can do a lot more than the old one.
A used analog studer desk might be an option.
What kind of broadcasting would it be used for?
News situation with lots/not a lot of incoming feeds?
Recorded shows with/without music?
Do you already have external compressors/limiters?

I bet they're wondering if the Yamaha has enough "mojo."

We do alot of MTV style music television where there are talking heads tossing to this or that. On any given day we can have 2-8 lavs being used for hosts and guests.
Pretty much we have need for 8 mics, 2 stereo video servers, a backup analogue patch, phone box, 2 CD players and Digicart.
I have a DM2000 in a 5.1 audio suit and I love it for that application.
