Talking David Gilmour's "home" Studio (Astoria)....

...
Anyone have a link / .pdf file of the interview + article (dates back at least a coupla years) on how the studio was built?
Was in one of our gear-porn ;) magz (Mix, S-o-S, ...)

I found links to this:
http://www.russandrews.com/viewindex...toria&src=blog

but it ain't what I was looking for.

Thx!

Ok so David Gilmour has a career that far exceeds anything i'll ever do. And he has the money to spend on whatever he wants. But seriously those wooden feet on the rackequipment just rub me the wrong way. What good would that possibly do ? Got a bottle of snakeoil in there too ?

So critizing mr Gilmore is the same as swearing in church but c'mon man. Wodden feet on the Massive Passive improves sound ? I don't think so.

this isn't at all what you're looking for but it still entertaining and worth watching if you haven't seen it!

I read about it in

TapeOp a couple years back. I don't have the issue here, but you could search there.

Judging from your post, I think criticising Mr Gilmore isn't the issue. Sounds like you've got a serious "wood" problem if you know what I mean.....peace?
