Question live music dvd level ???

im new to the 5.1 and post for that matter.

i've calibrated my bluesky 5.1, and ive been mixing this live DVD concert. My question is, what do I need to look for as far as output levels on my meters?

This is going straight to DVD, no theater. I'm using Apple Compressor to author the 5.1.

I ran a test, and played it up against a live Peter Gabriel DVD on my home surround system, and all sounds good, no artifacts and sounds clean and punchy on the lows. Is it just that easy???

I know I have a huge amount to learn, but man... all these numbers and guidelines make your brain hurt.

There's a ton of advice on the Dolby website... in particular:

http://www.dolby.com/assets/pdf/tech...sic_Mixing.pdf

Also go to:

http://www.dolby.com/resources/tech_library/index.cfm

and select "Dolby Digital (AC-3)"
