Choral Recordings

What kind of mic-preamp combination would you recommend for a choir of 80-100 strong?
The recording will take place in a large church and is for collaboration with an electronic composer.
Price of gear is not really an issue, as it will need to be borrowed from a local studio anyway.
The purpose of the recording is for collaboration with an electronic composer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bendy.
