Hey Remoteness and all you other live types - does anyone know which trucks NBC was using at the Meadowlands and who was on the crew? I haven't been able to find out.

I can't believe none of the people who read every new post here everyday knows who was mixing the Police and Mr. Waters at Giants Stadium. C'mon, throw me a frikin' bone here.

Thread Starter | Kooster knew. of course
I just wanted to know why Mr. Waters doing "Another Brick In The Wall" sounded SO MUCH better than anything else all day. So when I called Kooster today while watching some Unplugged George Michael to ask him what the single drum overhead mic he used on that and both kits on "Standing In The Shadows of Motown" (a Shure UP-88 electret MS), he of course knew the answer. Two of Randy's trucks with the usual cast of characters, but James Guthrie showed up to mix Mr. Waters. Same equipment as the rest of the day, but what a difference one of our best engineers on the planet makes. So, Kooster and I are starting a campaign to get him nominated for a TEC lifetime achievement award. Anyone agree? Let us know.

I heard there were three trucks. I guess it was a production truck and two audio trucks. I was lead to believe it was threee audio trucks.
