remote gig - site visit checklist?

Tomorrow evening I will be visiting the facility where I may be recording two performances in April. I have never worked at (or even visited) this room previously. Fortunately, there will be a full cast rehearsal of the performance taking place in the room at the same time, so I can get a good feel for how the performance sounds in that room, where might be a good place to monitor from, possible mic locations, etc.

I was just typing up a checklist of things I need to check on while I'm there (where's the AC power, where can I load in/out, do I need to worry about audience sight lines when placing microphones/stands, etc.) when I realized that not only have I produced similar checklists dozens of times before, but so have all of you, as well.

I've already resolved to save this list in an obvious location with an obvious name so that I won't have to start from scratch next time. But I was wondering if someone has already posted the definitive pre-gig checklist for remote folks? We might all have to alter it to fit our own individual needs, but it still might prove useful, if only as a reminder of all those things we occasionally forget to ask about. Does anyone know of a good online list of things to check on prior to a remote recording gig?
