Gear rental in Las Vegas ?

Anyone here in Las Vegas, or close proximity?

Need to rent an iso split for a show on Saturday night, 24-32 channels. Tips on local rental shops would be most appreciated as well!

Thanks,
Dirk

Hey Dirk,

I don't know the Mom & Pop rental scene in LV, but I do know a bigger player.
PRG Audio (formerly Electrotec, a major touring company) is at 702-942-4540 in Lost Wages....er, Las Vegas. They carry passive Whirlwind splits as well as active Midas/Klark Teknik splits in the 40-56 channel sizes, and might also carry 19 or 27-pair size splits. Not sure if they are 2-way or 3-way, so see if you can find out what you need for your gig before you call.

Roger Gibbons or Paul Newman are the people to ask for, please tell them Jim van Bergen from NY suggested you call them for gear options. I don't know what's out or whats available, but they will let you know, and it's one option. I'm sure there are more!

Thanks Jim!

This is a very sudden engagement that just got confirmed this afternoon, so we're scrambling to make sure we have all our bases covered before we fly out.

I've actually never been to Vegas, so this should be fun!
