Thumbs up DAV BG1

I just want to draw gearslutz attention to a preamp I purchased recently
which I consider to be a real bargain (particularly to UK slutz)
its the D.A.V electronics BG1 preamp. 2 Channels cost me about 450 pounds

Anyway I've only really begun using it and I'm very impressed by the sound quality. Its sounds fantastic for vocals using an SM58 . They sound really full and great presence.. I'm not great at describing sounds but I can say its every bit as good as my RNP (right now I'm preferring the DAV) and in fact it compliments the RNP very well. The 4 channel version is rackable.

I also believe they are bringing out a stereo limiter and have out a mastering equaliser which I would love to hear
I have nothing to do with the company I'm just a very satisfied punter.
I love spending money wisely
I'm off to try it out on acoutic guitar!

They have a website..
http://www.davelectronics.com

has anyone had experience with them?

The limiter should be available now, looking forward to trying the EQ as well.
In think they have the whole range set up at KMR if you want to try them out.
