what's your preamp of choice then?

I got mine and tested it, used it a lot thought it was nice, but when my friend took it and I had to use my other pres I started miss it badly. Will buy more channels asap

Quantz, I was referring to size. I think the 2 mp is about 4 or 5 inches long. When the identical circuits are configured into an eight channel unit that unit will fit into the standard rack slot.

jacktadoussac - please clarify something for me...

jacktadoussac,

thanks for the clarification, and looking forward to the samples when, and if, you get a chance.

best,

Well, I have a GR M1nv which I also don't "LOVE," but like better than the DAV. My favorite right now is a custom two channel Ward-Beck 470D (I think...) that Dave Thomas racked for me in Canada. In my humble opinion, much better than the DAV and the GR!!!

I have been doing a lot of thinking about my next purchase and line audio is one of those. Onyx being also an option...
