SIR if you want the best and Smash Studios if you just need an alright space with gear, although it kind of smells a bit depending on the room you choose.

Do they have a website? I cant find anything.

The rehearsal room doesnt really need to be big or have gear. We just gonna practice vocals.

There are a number of practice studios in the ""music building" at
251 W 30th between 7th and 8th ave.
Utrasound and The Studio are just two.

You may want to go down and check them all out. They vary a bit and you'll need to reserve the rooms in advance.

Ultrasound is right next to Madison Square Garden, easy to get to via mass transit (even from Jersey) and parking next to the building. Good PAs and keyboard gear. Cheap too!

euphoria has amazing gear, montana is great if you want to rehearse near the stars (my first time rehearsing there it was bob dylan and his band in studio A, the big room, we were in studio b, and studio c had the bill frisell quartet). the artist i was working with had trouble getting me in to rehearse- i spent the whole time with an ear up to the door of the dylan rehearsal (he was rehearsing dead man and teaching everyone parts by singing them to them over the mic- fascinating hour long version of dead man...). euphoria has mad gear though, montana is bigger and more geared towards the showcase vibe. and the wall of shame at montana is hilarious (those people who haven't paid)... enjoy pram

Though the rooms are a bit on the small side for me, Ultrasound's pretty cool... particularly for the guitar amps. The selection is awesome!

Montana's still my fav' though...
