re: Disney Hall... They do bill recordings for the outside groups as "Documentary recordings." They have a general setting there and hit record. As long as there is audio on the media, they consider the job done.

Doesn't excuse bad discs or a lack of a good backup, but it does explain things a bit...

BOGUS and unprofessional.
Who does these recordings?---the stagehands?? Sometimes these clowns take these for extra income.

If I were the client, I'd raise hell. And I WOULD get a result!
Where is management on this issue? That's crap!
