Any reason why the MASS connector has become a standard over the RamLatch. I run into those with a few companies up in my area. Mating is awesome with those things. Isn't the RAm 56 line as well? Perhaps cost? I have no idea what they cost.

IMO, marketing. Amphenol make some good ones too.

The RamLatch is the big plastic one with the lever disconnect, right? We use those for live work and have run into problems with conduit runs at one venue. They're pretty nice, but not nearly as rugged as the Mass.

Yup, I can see where conduit would be a problem.

Well, here it is. As soon as I can afford 24 transformers I am going to install them as well as ground lift switches. I need to get a labeller, but I really don't think that would look good. Maybe just white number decals, but I'm open to suggestions. That gray snake is going to turn into a nice 24x4 100-150' snake with Mass on both ends. So if anyone needs a 19 channel ~80 foot snake I'll let it go for very cheap. It won't have the Mass connector but I'll leave the XLR's on.
