New years gig with pcm 81, care to share vocal presets?

I've never used my pcm 81 in a live situation before and I'd like to use it for a gig that I have on new years where I'm playing bass and lead vox, I'm using the lex on lead vox, instead of what the board has built in. I'm running sound too so if you have any presets for lead vox for live use that you could upload, cool! We're doing some 60's 70's stuff so I'll need a delay for that, later we're doing some U2 so I'd like some fx for pride and where the streets have no name. I won't have much time to mess with fx so I thought I would give you slutz a shot, peace and happy holidays!

To me a reverb is a reverb...the programming is the same but the tonal signature of the manufacturer is what sets them apart, which is why I'm a Lexicon fan.
To get the sound on "pride" and "streets", which is a distant reverb I use a combination of reverb with a predelay in meter with the tempo of the song, easily done with the "tap" function on the PCM 81. In the studio you would need 2 reverb units to accomplish this as you will hear a dry hole between the original source and the first relection. But live, not only will you not notice it, but it will accentuate the 'distant' reverb effect. A similar result can be had by just using a large hall setting and running a DDL with it -- a very different sound than ganging effects together.

Thanks for the ideas. I was thinking along those lines but hadn't thought of a reverb with predelay. Which preset would you start with? I came down with some kind of flu with vertigo on christmas day so I'm going to have even less time to set the verb up.
pretty much stayin in bed hoping this this goes away soooon!
I had to laugh though, about the VERTIGO and us doing so many U2 songs
