Protools production kit or mac with logic?

I have a pc with protools m-powered 7, which has 32 audio tracks. I've come to a point where I need more than 32 tracks.

So I'm thinking about getting the protools production kit which gives me 48 mono or stereo tracks. Having 48 mono or stereo tracks would be enough for what I'm doing.
But I've also been thinking about if I should invest in a mac and start using logic instead, which has up to unlimited audio tracks.

Are people here satisfied with the protools production kit?
Would it be good for me to start using logic?

Try Logic if you can, and then decide. I no longer have a need for PT (HD or LE) since switching over to Logic and getting a Mac Pro...

I may on occasion talk about some of the products I am a dealer for in my posts.. and that's OK! I sell them because I like them. Not vice versa. It's more fun to talk about things you know and love, then things you don't.

lemme me show you a fancy comparison chart... lol... i use DP and considered jumpin over to PT LE with the production kit and then I realized I was smoking dope that evening... I also thought, hey -what about HD? then i thought, well - why would I do that? if I can afford a PT HD system, then why not spend that money on a all the best equipment I can get for my DP system? I wouldn't mind having PT HD. I am not against it, but I don't see the need for it unless you have clients who demand it or you're just reay to make a killer investment...

Here's the chart for all the leading DAW systems:
