Thread Starter | Fix it now or "Fix it in the mix" ?
It gets on my nerves when i find myself saying " Ill fix it in the mix" I was wondering what you all would fix on the spot in regards to working with an mpc or synth / keyboard or anything or making drums or tuning a sample or drum or EQing or adding effects to a sound annnnything. What would you fix now or later on in the mix? |

I only fix things in the mix that I over-looked in the initial recording. Sometimes as a song progresses, things need to be changed, pitch, eq, etc... but that's just mixing |

You should try to get the best sound possible before the mixdown, and if the sounds still need work, tweak them in solo mode then again within the mix.
